Great food, lousy customer service

by djlaml at Citysearch

I have never had a bad meal there. I live right around the corner and have not set foot in there in about 3 years. They are rude and make up rules as they go along. They are listed on restaurant dot com and I purchased 6 certificates--5 as gifts and 1 for me because I thought I'd try going there again. They refused to honor the certicate of one of the gift receipents. When I called restaurant dot com they looked up the file and state they have a signed contract--signed by the owner. I can promise that I will NEVER set foot there again. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good the food is.

A touch of DELIGHT!!

by mkelly11 at Citysearch

It's easy to be a good restaraunt part time. This little little delight has maintained a SUPERIOR staff with OUTSTANDING food for years. There Pizza is great! The chicken wings have been oversized since before it was in style! The ONLY restaraunt that I would ever consider purchasing a Lasanga! WONDERFUL< WONDERFUL< WONDERFUL!!

  • Pros: Great Prices, Good location, Easy going staff

Great casual Italian...

by drgstrcowgirl at Citysearch

The atmosphere leaves much to be desired, but we go out of our way to get the food at this little hole-in-the-wall. No-frills diner setting is worth it for the food. And if you don't want to hang around- get take-out, it's worth the trip!

  • Pros: Great food
  • Cons: , Location
