Terrible Experience. Went in on Friday night with wife and three kids, were greeted at door, took a table, waited 15 minutes (6:50 - 7:05), nobody ever came to table. Got up and walked out. BTW, there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant, they weren't busy. Never again...

GREAT PIZZA / Wings. Ed and the rest of the people have been wonderful in getting me my food fast and hot. Only had a messed up order once and the manager went out of his way to make up for the error and delivered it himself, ...... wont order from anywhere else ..........

Horrible Customer Service. We live about 2 minutes from Santoras Phase II on Deleware. We ordered a double order of fingers and garlic bread on a Tuesday night. Not only did it take 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery (we were told 40 mins) but we got it the food was cold. I called to complain and no one took my complaints seriously. Very upset with customer service from this location!!!!

Pizza is very good. I've been a longstanding customer of Santora's Phase II, but at a different location (on Millersport Hwy, near the University at Buffalo) and have sworn by their pizza. Since I have moved, I tried this location and must say that their pizza is prepared slightly different, but none-the-less very good. The pizza isn't thin Brooklyn style pizza, nor is it as thick as some places like La Nova, but in between and very tasty. I highly recommend Santora's to those with a need for Pizza.
