I am long time customer of king of diamonds. I have always had a good experience at king of diamonds. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They have a large selection to choose from.

Poor Customer Service, Poor Quality. If you are looking for a place to spend your little extra cash, or to buy a quality piece of jewelry don't go here. While the merchandise is of acceptable quality for the price, you will make up for it in your interaction with the staff. These people are rude, and indifferent to their customers needs. And if you expect to get help from the manager on an issue, you will be sorely disappointed. So unless you've got money to throw out of a window, take your money to Reeds and pay a little extra for better service.
