BAD SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER. When I joined the gym he told it was a monthly rate. A year later when, I wanted to cancel my membership because of a move. I found out that buried in the small print that it was a 12 month installment plan that renew automatically. No place on the contract was there a yearly total. The only amount was the agreed upon monthly amount. He never mentioned that it was a yearly contract. He never used the term installment when he sold me the membership. He wasn't honest about the membership term. Now he's say hell take me to court because I only gave him 50 days notice of cancellation not sixty, Unless I pay him $195.00 cancellation fee.
