Giving my opinion. Hi!!!!!! I am not trying to be mean but i think if you want more people to come and use the convention center, I really feel strong you need to build a new state of the art facilty. I think one should be build around the seneca creek casnio with a high rise hotel probably 20 to 30 stories. Yes i know people say withj the new seneca hotel you wont get people to stay there but they are 100% wrong. The seneca hotel 95# of the perople that stay there are people that won rooms from gambling and a average person wont be able to afford the price they are charging for a room there. You will be able to get a major hotel chain to brand it for you and when people around the world start to see the newe casino, all the waterfront attractioins coming, and finally all the good things happening to buffalo, if they see a new state of the art facicalty with a hotel they will book there parties there and also can get them to book into the hotel as a package deal also. I was thinking maybe down along the river across from the casino on the land i think price trucking and other people are now i forget the streets becaUSE I dont liver in Buffalo. I do come to Buffalo alot and i am also looking forward to the casino opening there and will come for it but to tell you the truth if i ever stay the night it wont be oijn there hotel. Nothing aganist them its just even though i do like to gamble i also like to help support the local economy also. I eat downtown and have stayed in hotels downtown and also if the staler does open with the historic hotel there i am also going to stay nthere alot also because they are a great hotel. There are alot of people i talk to from other cities on line and they say the sameting as i do about how the convention center in Buffalo needs a major change for people to come. Well i will end it here just thought i give you my thoughts. Good luck anyway!!!!!!!!
