are they crazy. im not wat them guys down there are talking about with the bad reviews me n my whole family have been ordering from partners for along tim i love the food its amazing gotta try the honey mustard charred wings but really its all good from ther trust just tryit staff is very polite if ther is ever a mess up which rarely happens they make it right. To add to all that they will deliver just about anywhere within a hour they have a nice bar that plays all the sabres n bills games with specials nice dining roomalso great fish fry basically if ur looking for large portions for not so large price this is the place for u

RESONABLE PRICES, I BRING MY FRIENDS THERE EVERY MONTH CHECK THE WEB SITE MENU IT SAYS IT ALL!

incompetent!. Giving even 1 star is to high of a rating for this place! I ordered a turkey sub as well as a roastbeef sub. when the driver arrives he is holding 1 sub and a styrofoam box. In it is beef on weck and fries! How do you get that from a roastbeef sub made the same way as the turkey but no onions!? When I asked what was this, all that driver said was " I dont know what to tell you, this is what they gave me" Was already after 11 pm so took the food and paid driver $16. Will NEVER order from there again! Not only wasn't what was ordered...the food was TERRIBLE! It was tasteless fodder! Had gone on comp to look for number again and decided to read the reviews...I seriously wish I had read them before ordering. Never called them back because last thing I needed on top of wrong terrible food was nasty terrible people. Think only reason place is open still is because they deliver till 4 am..most people wanting food that late can't see much anymore and they have drowned their taste budds..God help them and anyone else that orders from them...

Avoid. Terrible Customer Service.. - Delivery took 2 hours.

- Advertised a special with large pizza, breadstick and wings - we ordered it... when we got our food the breadsticks weren't delivered... assumed that it was an error so we called and inquired... lady on the phone got extremely defensive and started yelling about how when they are busy they don't make bread sticks - we were never told this on the phone. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.

- Delivery man took my money and walked away without even offering change, when i mentioned this on the phone the same extremely rude lady [told me she was the owner] told me that there was nothing that she could do about it as it would cost them more in gas than the change was worth.

Horrible business. Terrible customer service and the food wasn't even good.
