Worst Dealer and Tow Truck Drivers in Town. I haven't had the pleasure myself of dealing with Jim Mazz Auto, as I don't have my driver's license (thank god for that). But I do know how their Tow Truck drivers operate. A friend of mine drives for a competor company and sometimes I go with him on accident calls. Jim's boys are gonna kill someone someday. They fun red lights, run stop signs, have caused countless accidents themselves including one right at William and Bailey Streets back in July or August. They push other Towing Drivers out of the way, hop into ambulances and harrass disoriented people who were just in an accident. Most people go with them because of where there shop is located but I tell you go with someone that will tow your vehicle to where you want it to go. Jim will rip you off anyway he can. And now he is trying to get his own TV show!!! Hope they turn out to be a laughing stock!!!! When it comes to accidents I wouldn't let Jim Mazz have my car is he was the only collision shop with 500 miles of me. I would pay the extra money to have it towed somewhere else.

don't buy anything from jim mazz he is a crook!. jim sold me a boat, after taking possession it immediately needed $1,600.00 in work just to keep from sinking. for a $50,000.00 boat that was sold as perfect, he is a THEIF ..save yourself a lot of misery and shop somewhere else or i guarantee you will regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!

only concern is their own pocket. What made my experience unique? hmmmm.....I didn't think what they pull is legal. From pricing that they attempt to justify with 'labor' which was probably hired from the local rehab center to illegal catch phrases like "save you your deductible" or "free rental" they rake you. I took my car to auction because i couldn't sell in good faith (something they know nothing of) after what they did 'repairing' it. My particular favorite was the wrong parts used (identifiable by a different manufacturors emblem). Dirty Dealers.

I THINK THEY ARE GREAT. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL COLLISIONS OVER THE YEARS AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL DEALINGS WITH THEM. AND I WOULD RECEMEND THEM TO MY OWN MOTHER. THEY ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. AND ALWAYS REPAIRED MT AUTO TO MY SATISFACTION.

Great customer service. I was in my first accident and was treated with class and respect. The tow truck driver was very kind to me and made sure I understood where my car will be and what my next steps are. The next day when I got to there shop the women at the counter was very helpful and understanding. My car was fix by there collision shop and i was very with the end result. Would tell my friends and family to go there.

Worst Collision and Towing Shop in Buffalo!!. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone go to Jim Mazz Auto Group!! I was in an accident and the tow truck towed my car here. When I went the next day to have it towed to my dealership, they told me that I should not trust the dealership and that I would get ripped off if I had it towed away. I told them that since it was the other driver's fault, it needed the tow and storage to be billed to the other driver. The cashier said that it was fine, so we left. But when the tow truck showed up, they told him that I had not paid and they would not release the vehicle. Plus when I called to figure out the payment, they told me I would have to pay in cash because they did not want to take my credit card(just to make my life more difficult). Worst customer service ever, I was so happy when my car was towed out of that place!!

Worst tow truck to get after being in an accident. I would never recommend anyone to use Jim Mazz towing or anything else. Just yesterday my vehicle was in a two car accident which was caused by the other driver. My son who was driving and his uncle who was a passenger in my vehicle has never been in accident before so Jim Mazz tow truck driver convinced them to let him tow my vehicle to Jim Mazz collision shop. After one day of being at Jim Mazz shop they charged me $266 to get my vehicle which is a rip off. My car hadn't even been there 24 hours but yet they charged this outragous amount for a tow and storage I never even authorized. So if you see this tow truck I would suggest you run the other way cause they're out to rip people off no matter what the cost. Not to mention the horrible service I received when trying to recover my car.

Best collision shop !. On Dec 30 I was broadsided after skidding out of control getting on the 198 on ramp. My Ford Motors towing said it would take 90 min. to get a tow truck out to me. All of a sudden like an angel out of the blue Jim Jr. shows up said would you like a tow and we'll take care of everything for you. And we'll even work with you on your deductable. These guys are amazing !!! I Highly recommend this shop. Very friendly, professional and fast.

Helpful and Stress Free. Jim mazz auto was very helpful when my youngest son barrowed my car and crashed into a guard rail. I was very happy that my son was alright, not only that the tow guy took good care of him and took him back to the shop where I met him. I was a little upset that I did not have a vehicle to drive, but they took care of all the arrangements which was nice so that I could have a vehicle to get back to work everyday. I called the insurance company up, and I decided that Jim Mazz Auto was where I wanted to get my car fixed. I usally get my car fixed at a dealership and to be honest, the work has not always been great and cost alot of money. I tried something new this time and I was very pleased with the outcome. The car does look as good as ever as they promised, and they did it in a nice time frame.
