This place is like seasome street!! friendly neigbors where the air is clean!!. These guys are awesome, Jim Mazz (they call him Walkin Boss) is has an excellent shop. I got in an accident and they saved me a ton of money. His son Jim Jr. works a fast, tight repair shop your in and out!!! Just like a mac daddy pimpin!! They're so great over there, they even hire the mentally challenged like little sushi who does his best every day!! Then there's Jay the coll quiet cat of the operation he's always shakin and movin getting things done!!! Smooth Adam Mazz will have you not knowin wether your comin or goin that boys dreamy good lookin. All in all this was a Righteous Fist of Freedom skill level 10 experience!!! And that's about as good as it gets.

Helped me out when I was really in a Jam. I had totaled my car and the Jim mazz people towed my car, to say the least I was upset. I didnt have a car, I have no credit and I needed my car to get to work. To say the least I was a lil screwed. So I went there to check out my car, who would have thought I would be driving off with a car the next day. The sales manager talked to me and got me into a nice vehicle for a great price. I paid no finance fees, car was delivered clean and quick, and it drives great. You always here places that say they love bad credit or no credit and when you get there its not always what it seems. But these guys were good and honest, I had little to no credit, and they got me in a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good towing service, very kinda and curtious. Unfortunately I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago, Thankfully no one was injuried, but my car wasn't in the greatest condition. The drivers of the tow truck, I bealieve his name was Adam was very kind and curtious. He helped me at the scene and made me feel comfortable about the situation. I went to Jim Mazz Auto to check out my car, and they helped me grab everything out, plus carried it out to my car. I got my car fixed by there collision department and I couldn't be happier, my car looks great again, and I thank Jim Mazz Auto for doing such a great job, in a timely manner. They even called up a rental car company for me which seemed above and beyond. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!

SO HAPPY WITH PICKING JIM MAZZ AUTO FOR MY USED CAR. was very pleased with the car I picked out. It drives great, the price was fair and the people who worked there were nice and understanding. I dunno what everyone is writing, I mean they were nothing but kind to me and talked to very kindly. We went through everything, so much details, VERY HAPPY WITH JIM MAZZ AUTO.

Go some place else!. I received very poor customer service. They almost had my business, but with the way I was treated, I went some place else to have my car worked on. I can?t believe they are still in business. There are plenty of collision and repair shops to choose from in this area. Don?t waste your time with Jim Mazz

Predetors. terrible. the worst experience i had when purchasing a car. they are liars and cheaters as well. I was 18 when i bought a car from them they took advantage of me. they told me they will fix the few things that were wrong with the car the day of purchase then gave me the run around. they are so expensive with automobiles n towing is even worse. i cant believe they are still even open. I purchased a car from them there is an automatic 30 day warranty, my tranny went one day before my warranty was up. they held my car n didnt write the report till my warranty was expired then told me they couldnt fix it. Predator is the Perfect word.

How are they still in business. Lousy customer service, wait time on the phone can be catagorized as neglect, they overcharge, want to charge for storage after they agree to hold a vehicle, communication is poor, won't work with you and the list goes on and on. Maybe 7 on Your Side or one of the other investigative reporters should do a piece on them!

predatory towing.... The last poster got it precisely right. These guys are predators - preying on those unfortunate enough to have an accident. If you have a choice, insist on another tow company.

best in town. My car was towed by jim mazz auto after I was in an accident. The tow truck operators and office personel could not have been more helpfull. They arranged a rental helped with my deductible, and the repair was excellent. I wauld recommend them to anyone.

The biggest racket in town.. These guys will tow you, keep your car and charge you exorbitant fees for storage etc. The only thing worse than feeling this violated is the rude demeanor of the guy behind the counter. Anybody who could go to sleep at night after charging someone almost $400 there car back, wouldn't get my auto repair business.
