Courteous and efficient. My passenger side window was broken by a thief on a Friday night. I went to Buffalo Auto Glass at mid-morning Saturday. Although only open until 1pm they fit the job in and had it fixed it by 12:30. They were courteous and pleasant throughout. I can't speak for follow-up because I’ve had no problems, now two days later.

Customer Beware. Okay with repairs, but will not admit to possible mistakes. Once your car leaves the facility, any mistake is beyond their responsiblity
