Nice Pub. I drive by this place often- and you can tell the day of the week by the cars in the parking lot- by Friday at 5 the lot is overflowing and the street is full.

Everyone in the area knows this place- good food, good service, reasonable prices. Nice beer selection, too.

I know this may upset some true wing fans, but the breaded wings are really great! Try the Gobbler, if you're not worried about calories/cholesterol. The fish fry is always a good choice, too. Honestly though, the roast beef is average- actually sometimes it's good and other times it's been not-so-good.

I know it looks like a total bar scene, dive even, from the outside, but it's really good for families, private parties, summer nights (patio by the creek) and meeting up with friends.

Over the years I have seen some work go into this place, and it has improved the overall atmosphere.

Unpresuming Gustatory Delight. My first visit into this neighborhood diner did not prepare me for the cook's expertise displayed nightly in preparing regional favorites such as buffalo chicken wings, roast beef on weck and some of the best burgers I have had in the area. They serve an abundant Beer Batter Fish Fry on Friday with their own homemade macaroni salad and choice of potato that will have wondering why you ever went anywhere else! The flavor will tell you just how fresh the fish is! They make their own blue cheese dressing to go with some of the best wings or chicken fingers in the area. Be sure to order extra. Or for a twist on burgers, their Blue Cheese Burger, cooked to order, is wonderful! Don't think they can't do justice to prime rib, as their Prime rib on Texas Toast is Terrific! I highly recommend Charlies!
