stay away!. stay away!! wife ordered a banner for sister, after many tries finally someone answered...was back ordered, never got email, told them to cancel. Was charged...so I called back, they said, no your seeing auth hold ....called credit card company and yes I was"charged", waiting for the 30 days to dispute.....tried to call back with716 852 0144 as shown on web site, and 716 854 1667 got fax each time since. this is what kills online shopping/banking/credit cards!
