Worst museum ever!.
At one point I saw who I could only assume was a manager belittling there staff in one of the exhibits. I felt very uncomfortable with that. The exhibits aren't that great and you could probaly see the whole thing in a hour. You could go for there traveling exhibit, but it isn't worth the new price rate. There are so many better place locally, such as the strong museum or anyone in Canada. Don't waste the time or money there isn't anything ground breaking for children or adults here. Lastly I go to a museum for answers not " what do you think this is" statements where are demostrations or tours. It's science at it's worse

Hands-on exhibits, dioramas and giant insects let children and adults experience thousands of years of history in one afternoon..
Overview
The Buffalo Museum of Science is perfect for kids and the kid-at-heart. Featuring hands-on exhibits that both children and adults can appreciate, the museum has remained a staple for tourists and class field trips for decades.
The Experience
Located directly off the highway, the Buffalo Museum of Science is accessible and, best of all, inexpensive. The museum's collections cover everything from anthropology to zoology, and include cool interactive exhibits. The museum holds North America's only Tibetan sand mandala and the world's largest Kodiak bear specimens. "Insects: Magnified and Magnificent" explores the world of beetles and butterflies through enlarged models, dioramas and video. An ongoing exhibit allows visitors to enter the world of ancient Egypt. It's enough to make anyone appreciate modern conveniences.
