Great sauce and meatballs!!. One of the best family owned Italian restaurants in Buffalo. The sauce is always great and the meatballs are the best in the city. Huge portions and great prices. Where else are you going get meatballs that size and that good for so low a price??!! I highly recommend!

The gem on Niagara. It was after the grammer school boys concert at Kleinhans Music Hall. My dad took us out for dinner to this little restaurant on Niagara. That was May 1960. I have returned many, many times with friends, my own children, and now my grandchildren. Santisiero's is one of those special places that has changed little over the years. Good food, always busy, and affordable! If you haven't been, you ought to go.

years of pleasurable service!. I have been going to Santasiero's for 20 years. I have never been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable. The service is great. The atmosphere is casual. Even the customers are cool!
