Tips for Liberty Cab & Dispatch Svc

Made an online reservation well in advance, and called to confirm. Still waited TWO HOURS for a cab. Every time we called dispatch, they'd say "15 minutes". This isn't the first time I've had a horrible experience with Liberty Cab and their alias Yellow Cab, but it will be the last because I'll never use them again.
