I just moved back to the area and are very impressed with the men who work there. Great professionalism !
Nye Park is under new management, and that's not a good thing. The young man who took care of me seemed confused and unprofessional. I've been a regular customer for the past few years but I won't be going back. The store looks dirty and as much as I love dogs, I don't think it's smart to have a dog in a very hot dry cleaners. They have signs in the window with a low price, but that's not enough to get me to go back.
I just returned from Nye Park Cleaners and was very pleased to learn that it is now under NEW MANAGEMENT: Chayban Tailors of Buffalo and WNY. I was waited on immediately by a very pleasant young man. When I asked a question about tailoring the sleeves on my jacket, he went and got the owner who explained the process and quoted me a price on the spot. I will return with the jacket when I pick up my cleaning. I'm glad that a reputable WNY business has taken it over.
shut down. somebody should investigate there operation and realize they are washing and drying your cloths and not pressing them the right way. this guy should get outta the business.
Great Price and Service. A friend of mine recommended Nye Park Cleaners to me, and I'm glad I went. The jazz music and the movie star photos on the wall were a nice touch. I disagree with the other reviews about the counter person, the woman who assisted me was quite nice. After I picked my order up, everything looked really good. The quality and the price is right and being located on Delaware Ave. is a plus. I've been back several times and will continue to go there and often recommend them to friends.
Great Service and Dry-cleaning!!!!!.
I have been a customer there for more than 10 years.
I have never had a problem with service or quality .
Women at the counter is always pleasant and
very knowledgeable.
I have cleaned 1000's garments with no problems.
Drycleaning and Shirts prices are very reasonable
compared to other dry cleaners in the area.
Cheap... but service is poor and 2 items were ruined. Where else can you go and get most items dry cleaned for $3.00 each? Most of the time they do a decent job. But I agree, the person at the counter isn't friendly, and yes you have to pay in advance, it takes a minimum of a week to get your clothes back, and they even ruined 2 of my items. They are only open 3 mornings a week, no weekends and no afternoons... very inconvenient. If you need something cleaned cheap, and it's something you aren't in love with, you might want to take the risk.
go somewhere else, dont waste your time.
very poor customer service i had to drive all the way over there to simply ask the cost of 2 dry cleaning items that would have take only10 seconds on the phone, also i had to pay in advance with out seeing what the out come of the work would be and i could not even have it back the next day, the following week was the best they could do on pants and a sport coat ..... Guy don't even waste your very valuable time on a place that wants your very hard earned money
but does zero to earn it they are a 000-1 , zero zero zero, minus 1
Horrible customer service!. The woman who took my order was incredibly rude. Without question the rudest customer service I've encountered since moving to Buffalo.
