What a suprise. I arrived in Buffalo late and was looking for some late-night food. I was about to go to Denny's across the street, but glad I didn't. The Olympic Restaurant is a winner. It has "American" food, but also a fair selection of Greek. It's certainly casual and has a "diner" feel, but is clean with a nice staff.

A restaurant as close to perfection as it gets. Walking in to the Olympic restaurant by the airport, one cannot complament this place enough about the cleanliness, the service and the food. Everything is above par. The ownership should be commended.

good food, questionable entertainment. My visit was to the Olympic on Genesee Street, near the airport. The service was great, the food was better, but the whole visit left a very foul taste in my mouth. Something was going horribly wrong that day, because the owner was storming around and blustering at the help. You could hear him screaming in the kitchen. I was reminded of the 'Napoleon' character from Saturday morning B. Bunny cartoons. He was blurting out personal comments and verbally assaulting the servers. If you enjoy that kind of sideshow, I recommend a weekend morning -- maybe complain about something to get the ball rolling... Personally, the whole episode turned my stomach and made me feel very sorry for the poor employees.

Good food. The owner yelled at the girls (servers) in front of the customers..................not a very nice place to eat lunch unless your idea of a nice lunch is listening to screaming !

Hot with a seat.... How can one fault a place that always seems to be able offer you seat and pours you full of hot coffee at the same time? Truth be told, you can't... Best time to arrive? While the good church folk are in the sanctuary. The breakfast food will kick off your day just fine. Eggs? Sure, and believe me I seen places srew up scrambled eggs. Olympic does 'em right. Coffee, toast, eggs, a bit of juice, and you have the makings of an easy un-rushed Sunday morning...
