Great dermatologist, not so great staff. I've been a long time patient and have had good experiences here but as of late I have been hesitant to call and make an appointment because the receptionist is rude and ill-mannered. I've considered changing doctors but really don't want to because he's a great doctor. I don't like having anxiety about calling my doctor because the lady on the other end of the phone doesn't like her job.…

Excellent doctor and wonderful staff. Dr. Kulick has been my dermatologist for about ten years now. He takes excellent care of me, he is warm and professional and I feel I have his full attention and all the time I need. A really nice guy and a great doctor.

But the staff is amazing -- very nice and competent people. I have seen a couple of posts here that people had some unpleasant interactions with his staff. But speaking for myself, I have never seen a medical office with such consistently pleasant staff.…

Knowledgeable doctor, ignorant receptionist. The Doctor himself gets a solid 4 stars based on my experiences with him. I would definitely recommend him. The business as a whole gets ranked much less because of the overall rude and miserable staff I experienced on my last visit. The receptionist was rude to the man signing in before me. When it was my turn, I asked a simple request and she got cocky and overall unprofessional. To her credit, when she realized that she was infact incorrect, she did half halfheartedly admit it.

The lady who screened me in the room (nurse?) was just as miserable. She was quick to be pissy, no real communication skills. Those 2 unprofessional staff members made an impression and it was hard to just focus on my time with the Doctor when it came.…
