Horrible experience. Went to have a bite to eat and enjoy being near the water.

Arrived at 5:30 and were told there was no seating inside and we could eat outside. We were charged $4.00 each to eat outside because their was a band going on at 6:45. As we walk through the dinning room inside there were at least 10-15 open table but, we could not be seated until 7. Manager was rude and made no attempt to welcome us.

Outside we were greeted by a nice waitress, our first round of drinks included a bug, the gentleman who brought our food never brought the plastic utensils and then I ate half my chicken fingers to cut into the next one and find it was raw. Really!!!!So disappointed by the lack of quality in food and service. I will not be back with the lack of professionalism from the hostess, the charge to eat outside to receive uncooked food.

Great food great atmosphere. The best chicken panini in buffalo! The service was very prompt and our server was very helpful! The view was amazing!

AMAZING FOOD AND SEVICE. Me and my family eat their atleast three times a year for the last 10 years and everytime we go its a delight for all of us !!! we always injoy the sevice and the food gets better every year. This year topped them all never had food that tasted so good ! Some of the family even drives two hours to meet us their each time we go ! Thankyou to all the people that work hard their to give us a great experience! Thankyou, Michael

GROSS NEVER EATE HERE. I used to work there it is GROSS!! They let stuff just sit in the cooler uncovered and the refrigerator thing would just drip in to what ever was below it. (fish buckets, soup, wings ETC..) The burgers were boiled then put on the grill just for the grill marks. The wings would be green and smelly and they would still cook them. The owner is a scumbag and does not care about anything but money. Its one of the most disgusting place I have ever worked DO NOT EAT THERE

horrible staff, management and food. We waited over 45 minutes just to order our food. The staff was very rude and condescending. After an hour and a half wait we finally got our food and it was cold and stale tasting. Please do not go to this establishment. The Buffalo area has many great options. Pass up on this one.

We were ready to just walk out without paying - that's how bad this place was. When we told the manager he refused to refund us or even say sorry. In fact he was rude and verbally assaulted us.

Tons of Fun. I don't care what other people think, I've been to Dock at the Bay numerous times and have had a wonderful experience each time! My grandfather often drives over an hour from my hometown because he loves it so much! The bands are great, the outdoor atmosphere is breathtaking and the food (I'm a personal fan of the seafood bisque) is delicious! I'd go there and try it before I'd listen to anyone else's recommendation who didn't like it. There are always people who have bad experiences at places, and I hope that they aren't too judgemental to give it a second try if they do.

horrible. A beautiful restaurant in an awesome location, what a waste! The seafood tasted like it was frozen and the servers act like they are doing you a favor by acknowledging your presence. Poor service for mediocre food. A shame to waste such a location with this restaurant. If you go allow hours in your schedule to be noticed by your waitstaff!

The food is terrible. Located on one of the best spots on Lake Erie, and the food was extrememly disappointing. Drinks served in plastic cups. Too bad

BAD EXPERIENCE. SAT FOR OVER 25 MINUTES AT OUR TABLE WITHOUT ANYONE COMING TO EVEN TAKE A DRINK ORDER. WENT TO THE BAR TO GET A DRINK AND COMPLAIN, AND NO ONE REALLY CARED. DRANK OUR DRINKS AND STILL NEVER HAD A WAITRESS COME TO THE TABLE. COMPLAINED TO THE HOSTESS AS WE WALKED OUT, AND SHE REALLY DIDN'T CARE EITHER.
