Not the best. There are a ton of people who love this place, but not me. The pizza sauce taste exactly like tomato paste, and the prices, forget about it! Extremely expensive for bad food, I'll head to Leo's Pizzaria for the best pizza and good prices!

Terrible experience.. Ordered a large order, waited nearly 2 hours and no delivery. Delivery driver called us and asked our address and we finally got the order about 15 minutes later. Food was cold, they forgot some of our order and no apologies only "you gave us the wrong address..." which is BS because we know our address, we ordered there before many times. It took another 35-40 minutes to get the rest of our order, and again, no "sorry" or offer to replace our meal with food that was actually warm. I am assuming every experience is not like this, but you guys can really try harder with dealing with problems like this and not blame the customer.

BEST PIZZA & SUBS ANYWHERE!!!. We don't go anywhere else and miss Imperial when we are not here - on vacation, etc. They work hard to make it great!!

Best Pizza internationally!. Old School Pie! the sauce, pepperoni incomparable! cooked to perfection, been around the country and nothing comes close to an Imperial pie, always 1st place to order from when I get home!

best pizza ever, customer service great. if you want a good pizza imperial is where you should go. no where in Buffalo will you find a better deal for a family dinner . The pizza's are huge and the the subs are loaded. The wings are great and always cooked to perfection. I have never had a bad meal at Imperial. They also have dinners and great Fish frys.Trust me once you've tried Imperial you will be a repeat customer. I live in Amherst and its worth the drive.

Very Pricey. The food is good however when compared to other menus in similar restaurants in the area the food is pricey especially if you get delivery. Their sub prices are up to $4 higher than the same sub in other places in the area.

pizza. If your in buffalo and you never had Imperial pizza you must try it and you will never go back to your pizza. I have tried just about every pizza joint in the area in my 45 years in buffalo and this is by far the best you can get any where in the country.
