Met my needs. My stay was very nice.. The bar and restaurant met my needs as did the fitness center. The room was comfortable and I had everything I needed.

Enjoying the improvements. Newly remodled with new comfortable beds, new linens, towels, carpeting. have stayed at williamsville microtel many times during their remodeling and i can honestly say i am enjoying the improvements. only two miles from airport, it is very quiet.

Good service, very clean!. The hotel was very clean and very good service smelled clean and the people who ran it were very nice.The breakfast was also good and plenty of coffee and ice too!Also close to all kinds of eating and shopping!I would go there again!!!

Great Service. Despite some reviews on this site, I booked this hotel - call it intuition. We parked our car here for 2 weeks while on vacation and called the hotel upon arrival at the airport. They picked us up promptly and check-in was a breeze. We were very happy with the small, but clean room and great internet access. They are small rooms, but you should expect that when the place is called Microtel.

All in all, the location is great, service was friendly, the continental breakfast delicious, and the price was right - room plus two weeks parking for just over $102, all in. At the airport, parking alone would have been $88. We'll be back!

Great Location. For the last fifteen years we have been staying at Micro-tel Buffalo/Lancaster/Williams ville for all our travel needs in the Buffalo area. The staff is there to help and will work with you willingly . The location is great as you are only minutes from the airport and the NY HWY 90 through way is right there. . The have an airport shuttle and will pick you up within minutes of your calling. Breakfast is of course included and coffee is available 24 hours. Free Wi-Fi covers the whole motel and is quite fast. The rooms are clean and neat have been recently updated. All in all this is a great place to stay and you will be very pleased with the rates.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. I hesitate to leave a good review for Microtel because I don't want to make it harder on me to get reservations in the future! A friend of mine told me about Microtel and I decided to give them a go with my latest trip to Niagara Falls.

I go to Niagara Falls a couple times a year and could never find a decent place to stay for the money. Sure, they have upscale places, but I don't want to spend a lot of money for a room I will barely be in except to sleep. And they have cheaper chains as well, but one or two bad experiences made me gun shy. So when my friend suggested Microtel, I thought I'd give it a go.

I was greatly pleased. The room was indeed quite small...barely enough room for the king-size bed. But I didn't care. I just needed a quiet, clean place to sleep and that's what I got. Free Internet access was a plus. Plenty of channels on the TV. Room was clean...people were friendly. It's about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, so you can't walk out your door and be at the Falls. But for the cheap rate (about $42 after AAA discount and before taxes), I'll drive the 20 minutes.

Bottom line, this is a great place to stay if all you want is a small room with a bed and bathroom and aren't planning on spending a lot of time in your room. Nothing fancy...just a basic, clean hotel room.

GREAT HOTEL. My family stayed at this hotel upon the suggestion of one of our friends. She had said it was an amazing hotel with a reasonable price. I have to say I agree completely. I stayed in the room with two queen beds. It was the perfect size for our family. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very well cleaned and the breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day. This hotel gets five stars in my book, especially for the price. Five Stars!
