Satisfied with customer service. The only drawback was the shuttle could not be reached upon our arrival at Buffalo airport. The hotel, after putting me on hold for over 10 minutes and many quarters in the payphone, advised to take a cab and they would reimburse. They did this and I was quite satisfied with this accommodation and customer service.

great experience. the hotel was good value for the price. i will say one thing to the managers. the sheets were clean, but not white. i am all for using gentle methods for cleaning in my own home. but recently, my son contracted Norwegian scabies, from a cabin he rented in Canada. they are virtually undetectable and can only be killed with heat. so, if you use gentle methods be sure to use high heat to prevent this occurring. since my son (and all of us) rid our home of this, i have heard of several others who have had it. anyway we had a great experience. very nice staff. will come again

Definitely going again. Such a nice hotel. Didn't expect much but it was actually slot better then days or holiday inn! Definitely going to buffalo again to just stay in this hotel.

an outstanding value. After searching diligently for place to stop/reserve lodgings for first night out of Cleveland, OH area through New York on 2-week historic siteseeing exploration trip, found this new motel with the help of TripAdvisor, and would now like to repay the assistance. The motel was a perfect fit. The location was just minutes off the main interstate, north of I-90, and also just minutes from the old-time, small town, downtown area of Johnstown, New York. It is a very nice place and offers many places to visit for those interested in history. Besides being the birthplace of Women's Rights pioneer Elizabeth Cady Stanton, it also hosts Johnson Hall State Historic State, a beautiful and enlightening link to America's past. This Microtel was located on a pleasant street in safe environs, had very courteous staff, had a very clean and fresh aura about it, and was an outstanding value for the money. Very highly recommended

From now on it's the Microte. We usually spend a full week in the area twice a year. In the past we stayed at the Super 8. No more though! From now on it's the Microtel. For just a few dollars more, we had a cleaner room, use of an elevator, good breakfast, free long-distance phone calls, better bedding and towels that actually weren't thread-bare, free local newspaper, a work-out room, and a friendly staff willing to please. This is a spacious hotel. The Super 8 can certainly learn a lesson from this latest competitor.

nice experience. very nice experience. The rooms were extremely clean and still very new. Beds and pillows very comfortable and nice updated decor with flat screen T.V. The breakfast was included with excellent all you can drink coffee,tea and juice and our daughter loved the make your own waffles. What a great idea more hotels should offer this!! The only draw back would be room space was a little tight but not enough to keep us from staying again with them.

We were pleasantly surprised. First time staying at a Microtel. Booked through a web based travel site that didn't reveal hotel name until after making reservation. We were pleasantly surprised. Very clean rooms, well equipped, flat screen TV, nice complimentary breakfast-many choices, kept well stocked. We were upgraded to a double queen room due to not having a single available. Nice to have the extra room.
