The only thing good and fresh is coffee. The creamer makes it because its 18% fat. The dougnuts, bagels, pastry all come in frozen from canada.They deep fry some and fill some. They use a conventional oven to unfreeze and bake. All there lunches come right from the freezers to boiling water or microwave. There caps. come in buckets to fill machine. Cappicinnos are instant powder. I'm not a disgrutnle employee ,but knew people who worked there.
