Love my new car.
They asked me to write an honest review of my experience.
I leased a new Fusion from Dave Smith Ford two months ago. I started my search by looking at the Ford website. I liked the looks of the Ford Fusion so I sent an email in to the dealership. I got a reply almost immediately from a nice young lady named Brittany. She was able to get me all of the information I needed at that point. I should point out that I did NOT get this same response from any other dealer.
I checked out Dave Smith Ford online prior to my visit, and was happy to see several good reviews.
I met Brittany at the dealership a few days later. She had a representative car waiting for me to take for a test drive. I drove the Fusion and I really thought it fit my needs perfectly. I just wanted a nice looking car that gets good gas mileage, and also fit my $250ish monthly budget.
Brittany worked several different payment deals out for me. I looked at buying versus leasing. Ultimately, I chose to lease the car because I want to be able to get into the new model in a couple years. The payments on this car are VERY affordable.
I did my research, and I am pleased to give Brittany, and Dave Smith Ford an EXCELLENT rating!

Great Service. I bring my car to Dave Smiths Fords carwash regularly. I just did an oil change there and they washed my car after the oil change. I do like to dry my car myself. I think the people at this particular dealership are good people. The boys at the wash are good kids.

I sent dve smith Ford a credit ap becasue I had a BK and a repod car last year. I dident think I could get a newer car.

Good Service. I just had my wife's car worked on here. The people were all very nice to deal with. They have a nice clean facility. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer.
I had a really great experience at Dave Smiths Ford. I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Dave Smiths Ford. I have to say the process was pretty painless. I pretty much knew what I wanted to get so they worked with me on the price. Everything went smooth. I got what I wanted. The service area seems nice, so I plan on getting my oil changes and such done here as well.

nice and clean here. I am sitting here in the waiting room because I came in for an oil change. I'm bored so I popped online to check out this place. I have to say that it is a nice clean place, and everyone I've talked to seems nice and accomodating. I did not have an appointment, but they got me in right away. It's 7:00PM right now Tuesday night. They just pulled my ar around...got to go!
I couldn't be happier!. I bought a new truck last month, and I am very satisfied with the dealership. I have a new F150, and the whole process was pretty smooth. I went through a bankruptcy a few years back so my credit is about average now. The people at the dealership were able to get me a decent rate. My payments are good! I will be back to get another one in a few years. I plan on bringing my brother in next month to get a new truck.
Be very careful this is a dishonest dealership.
We agreed to the price and terms of the deal and they took my deposit. The next day when I went to pick up the vehicle, as we were going through the contract I realized they changed the the term of the lease and it was going to cost me an additional $2000.
I should have know this was going to happen - during negotiations every time I asked for the price in writing, they came up with a ridiculous story that the deal is written on a copywritten form and it would be illegal to give me a copy.
We apologize for this misunderstanding. Our goal is to provide the best automotive experience possible. We pride ourselves on customer service, and repeat/referral business. We would never intentionally mislead a current, or potential customer. After 35 years in the automobile business, we have worked extremely hard to maintain our good reputation.
