Decent food - AWFUL service. Their food is decent. However, NEVER place a delivery order with them. Turnaround time is often greater than one hour and occasionally exceeds two. Tonight, we were promised delivery within one hour and received our order two hours and 15 minutes later. That's unacceptable! With all of the other pizza places in Buffalo, I will take my business to a place that knows at least a little bit about customer service.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. The most unprofessional business in the area. Ordered my wings and fries crispy, after waiting 45 minutes for my order got home and they were raw & cold. Called to complain and the owner offered me a refund of $5.00. We said they were crispy (wisely) and that’s all he could do for me and if I didn’t like it don’t order from them anymore. DON’T ORDERFROM THIS PLACE !!

Rudest bunch ever. Forget this place. apparently no social skills are required to work at this dump. either the rudest bunch of workers or the dumbest. food is too greasy and it is not a very clean establishment at all. what a waste of money. if there was a choice for ZERO stars i would give it that. DO NOT GO THERE

I AGREE WITH POOR MGMT REVIEW. On a recent visit, I was treated very rudely by an employee-I have no idea if he was the owner, manager, etc but I don't really care. He basically ignored me at the counter and helped other customers before me even though he clearly saw me standing there. When I pushed the issue, he told me he didn't want to interrupt my conversation- I was on my cell phone. I told him it was no problem and he then told me that he was just "treating me with the same respect I was treating him with". I assume he was upset that I was on my cell phone ....I just so happened to be on the line with my husband that is at home with a broken back, seeing if he was okay & if he needed anything. I had just gotten out of work and was rushing in to pick up a pizza. NOT that I feel the need to explain myself. This is a PIZZA place----which I assume is doing quite well, considering that in this economy they are willing to be as flippant and condescending to a paying customer, Perhaps this is due to their inflated prices! In any case, even though I have been a loyal customer for quite a while and work in an office near the Clarence location which also orders frequently, I will be ordering from one of the other 500 or so pizza places in the area from now on. I prefer my pizza without the attitude, thank you!!

BEST PIZZA EVER!!. i am 26 years old and have been enjoying Bozannas since i was 10. its a little different than your traditional pizza place but thats only because they go over the top with the ingeredients but also have a boz lite option that gives you the chance to enjoy their food at a topping level you may be more used to. never had a bad experience every pie is just like the last. chicken finger sub is delicious and bigger than my arm

tpete88 is wrong!!!. I have been going to Bozanna 's for over 15 years. Their food is consistently VERY GOOD. Great pizza and VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE. I would bet that for every 1000 satisfied customers, you will get one person that will slur your good name and write a bad review. It has become too easy for some nutcase or disgruntled competitor to write a negative "review". IF YOU LIKE LOTS OF VERY GOOD FOOD------GO TO BOZANNA'S. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

poor managment in clarence store. I called for pizza pick up and they lost the order...when I called the manager he used profanity with me saying; "the person who came to pick up the pizza (my wife) didnt know what the f--ck she wanted." after that I will never eat there ever again. I was extremely surprised and disapointed at the managers poor choice of words and lack of empathy.

Best Pizza in the whole world. I have had pizza from all over the country....all you can eat places, Italian eateries, top pizza places, and none of them even compare to Bozanna's pizza! First thing I do each time I travel to Buffalo, order a sheet pizza. Best pizza in the whole world!

TOPPING FILLED. If you like your pizza Topping filled this is the place to go. They smother you pizza in WNY style. There really is no improvement, they really don't have allot going on in the ambiance department, but they concentrate on their pizza first!!!!!!
