Incredible Service and Great Repair Prices. I am so glad I went here to have my engagement ring fixed. We were unhappy with our regular jeweler dues to staff turnover that created unprofessional customer service, so we asked around and 3 different people told us about Amherst Diamond Exchange. I had 2 other estimates to have my solitaire diamond, six prong, 18K gold repaired, which included a prong repair, resizing, and soldering, and was told by the other two places I needed to replace the head, which would cost me between $184 and $261 for the total repair.

Paul, at ADE, could not only repair it for me in about a day, in house (instead of sending it out like the others, taking up to 3 weeks), but told me the ring was in great condition and would cost $30 for the repairs needed, no replacements! Music to my ears!

It is great to work with a small, family-owned company that isn't focused on commissions and jacking up prices to fatten their own wallets. I will look forward to taking all of my business here in the future!
