Too focused on her cell phone. I agree with the other mom. Grace can't cut hair. I thought it was the texture of my three year old's hair, unitl I went to another salon and my daughter got a great cut. Maybe if she put her cell phone away and didn't leave her clients sitting endlessly while she chats away. Doesn't she realize that when you are cutting toddlers' hair, time is of the essence!

new location-Horrible haircut. This is the second time I have brought my daughter here. Both times Grace gave her a horrible hair cut I had to get fixed at another salon. I gave her a second try beacuse it is so cute inside my daughter loves going here..a big mistake!
