I was one of hundreds who bought the Living Social deal and it was well worth the wait to get my initial appointment. My initial consultation was impressive, and my cut & color were great. First time in years that I hadn't had a bad haircut. Great customer service takes time, and Jay and his team at Heaven Salon never rush any of their clients. He personally helped me to look my best when myriad serious medical issues were taking its toll on me. 18 months later I'm still a loyal customer and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high quality, personalized service.

Best Salon i've been to!. I am someone of discerning taste and have been to numerous Salons in the area. Once i went to heaven that's exactly what i found! I can proudly say i have now been going to Heaven for years now and entrusted Jay and crew to do the hair of myself and my friends for my wedding which was no small decision. Myself and my whole wedding party got compliments all night long and it made for a memorable day, thank you Heaven! Now many of my friends go to Heaven and have had nothing but a great experience with their hair as well as Pedicures and Massages! Heaven will be the only place i ever go to!

Most horrible salon experience I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought the Living Social deal and had to call numerous times to try to make an appointment because no one ever called me back. I tried calling for months and even tried emailing, but got zero response. I finally had my appointment and no one greeted me when I walked in the door. There was a girl sitting at the front desk, but she apparently didn't see or hear me walk in because I stood there for a couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The owner, Jay, then introduced himself and asked what we were doing today. He then proceeded to interrogate me about exactly what we were doing while I was still standing at the front door; it was very jarring. He was completely against doing my hair the way I wanted and told me he would only trim it. His manner of speaking was so harsh that my stomach was in knots and I was almost in tears. I was so frustrated that I had paid for what was supposed to be a relaxing experience and this man was telling me I could not get what I requested because I was making a rash and dramatic decision; ridiculous judgment since he had never met me before and had no indication that I had not thoroughly thought my haircut through. Icing on the cake is that my haircut looks nothing like the picture I showed the stylist and Jay. I would never ever go there again, primarily because of the horrible customer service.

Won't honor Living Social certificates. I called over a month ago to make a hair appointment for the Living Social deal they advertised. I was told there was a "waiting list" and a stylist would be getting back to me. I still haven't heard from them, and don't understand why they just can't book an appointment for me like they would a regular client. They are the ones who put out the Living Social deal - they should honor it! Guess I'm out $20 now.

terrible fifty dollar pedicure. this was the worst fifty dollar pedicure ever! my nails are too short and my feet are in no better condition than before i went. the pedicure i chose was their upgraded service!!

it has been one week and i have a new appointment at another salon.

save your money and find another salon!!

Pedicure was awesome!. My husband and I went there for the first time yesterday for pedicures. The girl was extremely friendly and so was the staff at the reception desk. We both had the spa pedicure and she was very efficient and our feet feel great! She even recommended a treatment plan for my husband's cracked heels. We definitely plan to return and would recommend them to friends and family.
