All show, no go.. Where to start........ I have been coming to Studio E for years, and through many mix ups in scheduling and the chaotic mess of an overcrowded salon, I continued to go because I was happy with my stylist.

However,I remember one time in particular I walked in to find the owner, who had her 50 year old ta ta's hanging out thinking she was a teenager, standing at the reception desk talking on her cell phone completely ignoring me!! So I stood there like an idiot waiting to be greeted only to find out that their was a mix up with my appointment. Surprise, surprise. No one notified my stylist of my appointment change......SO....more waiting.

There are many salons out there, and I knew I didn't need to be treated like this. The experience at a salon/ day spa should be that of a pleasant, comforting one. You shouldn't have to feel like your jam packed into a hectic, classless, circus. I like to feel relaxed while getting my hair done, and I every time I was there I felt on edge.

Do your research, and find a nicer, classier salon in Williamsville. Their are plenty out there, and this is NOT one of them.

Most unorganized salon ever!. I called Studio E, based on decent word of mouth reviews to book appointments for the greatest day of my life, my WEDDING. I was told by their receptionist that everything was all set for me and my 6 bridesmaids. Thankfully, I went in for a trial run for my wedding hair and before I left, something told me to double check my bridesmaid appointment's and their times. To my surprise NOTHING was booked! This could have been the most disastrous thing that could have happened. Thankfully the stylist was able to fit us in, a little earlier than planned, no thanks to her receptionist. I have recently been informed that my wedding stylist has left this salon and I do have to say it might be the best decision she could make!!!

A rating was required, so i left one star, if i was able to leave ZERO i would!

Great salon that you don't have 2 get ready 4. The first time I went to get my hair done at Studio E I have to admit that I made sure to have make-up and hair done. It sounds silly since I'm supposed to be having it done there. But I have gone to a few salons on Main St. in the same area and people are all dolled up and I'm there with a pony tail and yoga pants getting my hair done. It is hard to feel comfortable in that type of environment. This is why I am soooooo HAPPY I found this place. Now I can relax and not worry what I look like before and be absolutely be thrilled with the after. My hair has never looked and felt better. THANK YOU STUDIO E

Awesome Salon. Ive been coming here for years. Staff is very pleasant and always helpful. Marty gives great mens cuts and loves to talk sports. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Color Is Incredible Great Atmosphere. Great Location... the inside looks like a New York City Salon and Spa setting. I have been going to studio E since they had first opened, I believe it was maybe six years ago?? I have never had a bad experience at the salon ever. My color is always amazing and I love my blow Drys, I usually see Carina, Amanda or Andrea. They are all so talented, It would be hard for someone new to come in and choose which stylist to see. I totally recommend Jenna Kutas for Maicure's and Pedicure's she is excellent. All I have to says folks, you will not be disappointed. One more thing, the reception staff very polite and professional, That's what I call a great Salon and Spa

GREAT SALON. The salon Decor is amazing, very clean, staff is always well dressed and reception staff is very pleasant. I never leave there disappointed. Staff is highly knowledgeable in styles. Have been going to the salon for the past 5 years. Will always be back!!!

THE BEST. Great location even though I have to drive for an hour. It's worth it!! great parking.. For a great guys haircut, see Marty or Carina. The staff is very friendly with an inviting atmosphere. In fact my whole family goes to Studio E, great color, Highlights and cuts. Kudo's to the The staff. Studio E offers so much more.. Oh and great coffee Elizabeth.
