I just wanted to say that I have been in this salon before over the years, for pedicures and manicures and although it has always been staffed with many talented stylists, it was very hectic. Maybe a little too overcrowded for my liking. That can be a turn off. But it appeared that people that worked there enjoyed it, if they were willing to deal with the hustle and bustle. With that said, I've seen the changes take place in the few weeks..I've seen some stylist leave to another salon and some stay. Its the way of the business. There wouldn't be 50 salons in the area, if everything was just so perfect. Walking into the New Studio E was such a breath of fresh air! The receptionist was a doll and I was greeted by smiles. Took my jacket and offered a beverage. My stylist just moved there last week from a salon down the road and I can see how happy she is with her decision to move there. I am happy she did, because I know my family friends and coworkers will love to spend time and money there as well. I cant wait to get another pedicure done because they were always nice there, but now the room looks absolutely fabulous, and inviting. Keep up the great work guys, cant wait for it to be completely finished!

Buffalo Best Hair Salon. I received a gift certificate for this salon for Christmas. I went there this week for the first time.The Salon was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was friendly and attentive the entire time I was there. I loved the haircut and hi-lights done. I will recommend this salon to all my friends. Great job and Kudos to the owner and staff...

IF YOU WANT TO LOOK AND FEEL BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!. I had the most wonderful experience at Studio E Salon & Day Spa.......

The moment I walked in, I knew I had found the right place, and my last stop for looking for new Salon's....

There were Professional Hair Stylist's from front to back.....taking the time to listen to exacly what "look" you wanted to achieve....They are like "surgeons" workng on your hair....so precise, with every detail....

Cannot wait to go again for my next highlights and cut...

It was a great experience.......and my Hairstylist "Star", was just that..., a "Star".....

Thank you again, Studio "E" for making me feel and look

so wonderful again!!!!!!!!!

Loved the Salon. First time at Studio E salon since silk was closed, what a refresing feeling it was to walk in to a warm and friendly enviroment. The Stylists were so talented, and everyone here is was so into making my experience a great one.

Cannot wait to go back, and now with their expansion happening, I am looking forward of getting more service done. Thanks Austin for referring me. Love you guys.

Great Salon. Had a great experience at the salon, it is like a breath of fresh air walking in. I have been a long time client and I am very pleased with everything!! has a great new vibe. I received a massage by maria and loved it, also a haircut with Elyse. It is sad to read some of the bad reviews they received. My friends and I do not understand, we love it here Thank you guys.

classy salon. I could not be more pleased to walk in a salon with a fresh new look, stylists, etc. I was so appauled by reading the other negative reviews, so I felt I had to share my experience. Which is the opposite I was greeted with a smile offered refreshments, and I was even asked to take my coat by one of the receptionist. The staff was professional my color and cut was amazing had a great manicure and pedicure. My friends and I will definetly be back to studio E All I can say is dont beleive their hype.. Thank you Tanya and Jen for a great spa day last month. See you guys soon

Very stuffy and rude. I usually don't writes reviews however this this need to be told. I can not believe the environment at this so called salon. When I walked I felt like I was being ignored and made to wait for a long time, when I finally was taken the stylist was rude and short. Needless to say I got up and left! Never felt an atmosphere so chaotic and stuffy. Don't go there !

By Far the Best Salon in Williamsville. I had the best experience ever, starting from the second I called to book an appointment. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The minute I walked in there I was greeted and asked if I would like something to drink, I felt very comfortable and welcome. A couple of minutes later my stylist came over and introduced herself to me, she did an amazing job on my color and hair. Also educated me the proper products that I needed to maintain this beautiful color and style. While I was there met the massage therapist, which is also the salon manager and booked a massage, I went back a couple of days later for the massage and had a fantastic massage, I felt like a million dollars, she was very professional,well educated and very curious. All around great experience. I'm recommending all my friends and family to Studio E Salon and Day Spa, They also mentioned that they are expanding, can't wait to see what it's going to look like, it's already beautiful. So thank you to Studio E, I will be back!!!!

Don't buy the hype. I have been a long time customer, I have seen the salon go from a happy, welcoming place, to a cold, unwelcoming salon.

it is too chaotic in there now. I was shuffled from place to place, it was so bad my color had to be put on at a nail table they are so overstaffed with stylists.

Not to mention the glares from some of the stylist I was getting.

After multiple errors with my appointments not being at the right date AND time, I stopped coming in.

Last week, I receieved a card from my stylist and am pleased to have seen she is moved on to a much more reputable welcoming salon.

and I can completely say my experience there was MUCH better.

I will NEVER return to studio E.

Does anyone work here?. I have never been to a more unfriendly salon. The front desk staff was horrendous. I called to make an appt. and I could not get through the line. I was put on hold and hung up on 3 times. So I just went there hoping they were having phone trouble. NO..the women at the desk was on her cell phone. She did not even make eye contact with me as I walked in, she just walked away. I had to wait 10min till a stylist stopped to ask if I needed something. I was so upset I asked to talk to the owner. I was told she was there but on her phone and didn't have time to talk to me. I left and never went back.
