Worth it! Best Pedicure in TOWN!. I have been going to Tawnya at Capello for almost 5 years. She is fantastic. She is easy to work with and makes getting my haircut and getting a pedicure a pleasure. She is a real person who is excellent at what she loves to do. Capello has the best pedicure in town. I have tried other places and they do not last as long as the ones I have had done at Capello. The staff are all friendly and courteous.

Capello is a very busy Salon. They can do everything. Hair, makeup, spa treatments, the works. However, if you want to get it all done at once you MUST book ahead, because they are a busy place. If you are wanting the best, this place is it.

Capello's is THE BEST IN TOWN!!!!. I have been going to Capello's in East Amherst for almost 15 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They hire the best, most experienced stylists, and aestheticians who stop at nothing to achieve your style goals!! The surroundings are upscale, and Capello's provides you with a superior experience without being snooty, or pretentious! That is a big issue with me, and I always feel relaxed and comfortable when coming into the salon for my services no matter what I'm coming in for! I always walk out of Capello's feeling like a million bucks, and looking like one too!! Places like this are a diamond in the rough, and you need to give them a try!!

I won't go anywhere else.. Ask for Patrick! He listens to what you think you want... but because he is so good at interpreting the quality of your hair and the shape of your face, you end up with a cut that does all the work! John Lauricella, the founder and owner, is a class act... that comes through in the whole salon experience.

Finally LOVE my hair!!!. I had been getting my hair done at another salon for years and I just wasn't happy with the way my hair felt and looked. I have thick, wavy, over processed hair and felt like I was going to have to chop it all off. A friend of mine recommended Kristen at Capello's and I couldn't be happier. Kristen took the time to give me a full consultation and made me feel completely comfortable!! She took the time to tell me what would work for my hair and easier ways to manage it without having to cut it all off. She gave me an amazing color, a great conditioning treatment and just shaped it up due to my previous hairdresser razoring my hair. She also recommended some Capello products and my hair has NEVER felt this great! Thank you so much for making my hair feel alive again!! My hair looks and feels fabulous! Kristen also recommended Nickole V for waxing and Nickole is amazing too! Great Salon and totally worth it!! Will be back for sure!

Exceptional service!. This is a great place to go for any salon experience. The atmosphere is wonderful - but best of all is the service at every level and in every service provided. Staff are so friendly - from the reception area - to other employees whether they are working on your needs or not. I have had pedicures, manicures, massages, and facials periodically and all those services are exceptional. I have my hair cut, colored, and styled and my stylist and I know others have stayed up to date on techniques, colors, cuts, etc. You need to try Capellos ! You'll feel fabulous when you leave!

Capello's is great!!. Capello's is a wonderful salon. It's a must visit! The atmosphere is so modern. The service is wonderful and they do an excellent job. All of the stylists are so up to date with the most modern styles and hair colors. Every time I visit I leave very happy and can't wait to come back for my next visit. If you want your hair to look fabulous then Capello's is the place for you! Not only do they style and color hair but they also provide salon services such as massages, manicures and pedicures, Capello's is a must!

FINALLY a business that has EVERYTHING!. Searched & searched for someone who could style naturally curly, coarse, wavy and thick hair. All salons claim there is someone at their establishment who can deal with my type of hair. HAH!!! Finally found Capello's and there is no place like it! John & John Paul are fabulous. Both are talented. I have observed both of them with all types & styles in & out of their chairs. Marvelous!! Had my eye browns & a pedicure done. Facials, manis, make-up, products galore!!! The facility looks professional & the ambience is professional & upbeat. John demands & gets the best of the best! I always leave feeling so relieved that I can manage my own hair in between appointments. AND their own product line now. I have been a Goldwell girl for years, but I tried their shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, etc. and love it better than Goldwell -- who da thought! Thanks John, you are the best! Thanks John Paul, you are great! Rita, your eyebrow shaping & waxing is the best in town! Glad you are feeling better.

Shawn is fantastic!. Shawn has been my stylist for a long time, I even followed him to another salon when he left for a short period. He's always professional, yet funny and he runs on time, even when handling multiple clients. His color and cuts are great....very fun and sassy! I must also mention that his assistant, Kristen is fabulous too...they're great together! I love going to Capello Salon and I always feel great when I leave. Thanks Shawn & Kristen.

I heart Capello!. I recently began coming to Capello for my "hair care needs." The experience has been A+ every time. I highly recommend Brittany as a stylist; she always listens to what I want and works hard to achieve it. The staff at Capello go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable, welcome and, best of all, beautiful!

Thankyou Shawn. I love capello's and Shawn's brilliant. I get compliments on my hair all the time, the cut, the color, and I have to give him full credit. I'm totally lazy with my hair but somehow it always turns out great - I just let him do his thing. I've been going there for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! And I really enjoy the salon itself as well, professional and timely, and the friendly staff and assistants make for a great experience.
