Important Update!. I was reading the reviews here. Randi is no longer at Gino Martelli. Bree has been doing my hair for years. For once I found someone who isn't scissor happy. She keeps my hair looking trendy and always has new ideas.

Positive experience!. I chose this salon after the recommendation from a friend, but after going online and reading the reviews I was extremely hesitant. My friend assured me that there were other hairdressers in the salon besides Randi, and that I should really give it a chance. I decided to trust her (because she has great hair) and I definitely made the right decision.

First, the salon was gorgeous! After speaking with the owner I found out that it was recently remodeled. The space is smaller than most salons, but it is perfect for having a personalized experience.

I wanted to get a cut and color, nothing too drastic for my first time there. I have to say, I loved how it turned out! My hairdresser was very knowledgeable about all of the products, and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I am sorry for all of the people that had a bad experience with Randi because I know I will be going back. I would recommend this salon to family and friends, and I was pleased that my friend urged me to go. For those who had went to Randi, I urge you to try a different hair stylist, I know you won't be disappointed.

I Look Amazing!!!. Randi - you are the best!!! I have never had a person take so much time to do to my hair exactly what I wanted done. And the end result is that my husband cant keep his hands off me - I look that good!!! I loved our conversation, and i loved the way you pampered me. I am telling all my friends and family about you and handing out your cards everywhere. So be ready girlie...you are going to be very busy and my friends are going to look just as great as I do. So glad I found you and I promise, I am not going to ever go to anyone else. Jeannie

I LOVED my groupon!. in regards to nehaos comment...i would say the complete opposite! i had the best experience i have ever had in a salon and i felt she was an amazingly talented stylist. she took her time and made me look like a complete transformation! it was as if she knew exactly what i wanted. i couldnt have been more pleased and i will continue to go to her in the future. i cannot say enough it is well worth it. i am so happy and it is a few weeks later and my hair still looks just as good!

Finally... A Great Hair Experience!. With all of the salons in the Williamsville area, it is hard to decide where to go. After speaking to friends and co-workers, I decided to try out the Gino Martelli Salon. I have long, coarse brown hair, and I was looking for a trim and a a deep conditioning treatment. I called the salon and spoke with a stylist about what I should do. She suggested a keratin treatment to tame my frizz. I made an appointment and was looking forward to it.

I arrived at the salon, and was impressed by the decor. The salon was very clean (and busy!) and after chatting with my stylist, she told me about the recent remodeling. Between the trim and the keratin, my appointment lasted about 2 hours, and I was thrilled with the results!

I couldn't believe that my hair was as smooth as it was. I was told the treatment lasts 3-5 months, and so far so good. After my first wash (two days later) I couldn't believe how much time was cut off my morning routine. My hair finally looked healthy/shiny.

I would definitely recommend this salon to friends, family, co-workers, etc. If you are looking for a place to get your hair done, I would 100% try here! I know I'll be making another appointment!

Customers beware !!. I bought their coupon from 'groupon' and was motivated to get a new look after three years. I have naturally very black hair and wanted to try light brown. So technically, the hair "Expert" a.k.a RANDI was supposed to bleach 'em n then color them, she went ahead and slapped on some "cost effective color " as she called it ....on my hair. She also did a very poor n tired job putting it on leaving most of them untouched ..... all the time chatting up the cleaning staff n looking outside the window. As expected, the color came out looking an atrocious orange on the places she actually managed to apply it. When requested to fix the damage .........she accused me of already having color in my hair where she missed even applying any !! Asking me to pay additional money for the repair work !!

There was no manager in the salon, no other customer and no other staff !! Randi (the only soul in the salon) was unprofessional and untrained and very impolite. No wonder they are giving coupons to kick start a dead salon. Please don't risk it with them.

I am a highly let down customer n would have given them a zero rating if possible.
