Worst staff possible. Shocked could not properly describe how I felt when I arrived to my daughter's well child visit to be told because I was 3 minutes late that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I actually thought it was a joke because we had waited to see the pediatrician before and because it was a child that the doctor would be more than willing to see my daughter but instead the receptionist told me that their policy is even if you are a minute late your appointment will be rescheduled, and I quote "the doctor's time is extremely valuable". I only wish the doctor's wonderful attitude would rub off on his staff.
