huge cookies. Sorta good. Everything is hugely overpriced for the serving that you recieve. They do not even roll the fajitas which I found irritating. The best part of my meal was the giant, fresh cookie! I was probably a two pound cookie - that was worth the $4. I recommend Mighty Taco otherwise haha

Think about it...it's a fast food joint.... First timer 2 weeks ago. Looked up the addy TO RETURN THERE and found negative reviews. I LOVED my beef burrito. It was BIG, hence the $3.99 for the burrito. The "Mild" was a bit hot for me, but if you have had MIGHTY's "Banderito", it's along the same lines. I actually THANKED the kid working for the tremendous customer service. The pleace itself is VERY NEAT AND CLEAN! If your "food is falling apart" then it was made correctly! I would be pissed if I ordered a burrito and had less beef than I did taco shell.

Also, EVERYONE I have talked to LOVES THIS PLACE!

Tacos terrible. I tried their new location today for the first and last time. I got two mild beef tacos and found meat that tasted worse than making it myself at home with a powdered taco mix and their mild is actually close to hot. Plus the wait at the drive thru is really long I will not visit again.

Past glory too pricey for tacos. I do not see how they calculated the pricing considering it costs virtually nothing to make a taco. tastes good but not worth the wait or price.

Lousy Product, Lousy staff, Lousy management, Overpriced. Visited hometown Buffalo, one of several visits a year. I stop at different restaurants every time (except La Nova, stop there every trip). The food was tasteless, poorly made (sloppy and falling apart), overpriced, and the staff was comprised of arrogant idiots. I can see the food being bad. once Ronny's mom died, the flavor went with her. But no reason not to have a decent staff. With unemployment what it is, you would think they could hire some decent people, but it reflects ownership. Don't waste your time. Mighty Taco has tastier and cheaper food.

Can they get an order right?. I went to ETS (Elmwood Taco and Subs) the other nite, and they messed up a very simple order, I would NOT recommend this place at all, if they can't get something as simple as an order of medium wings and a turkey sub with NO tomatoes on it, what would they do with a larger order, and of course they don't leave an email so you can contact a manager either.

No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!. I recently ate here with my fiance on a Sunday night. When we got our order, it was not only bland, but my "Philly-All-the-Way" sub was prepared very sloppy, falling apart, and it was and absolute mess. I've had too many steak subs to know how one should and shouldn't look or taste. I voiced my concern to the shift manager, told her I was very turned-off about the sub, and requested a refund...BIG MISTAKE...At that point customer service went out the door. THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS!!! On top of that, she was very patronizing and rude. They would not even exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value!!! I was either stuck with something I didn't like, or leave empty handed. They have lost 2 customers who used to eat there regularly. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING MY MONEY!!! I left ETS with an empty wallet, and an empty stomach. Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else where a simple request will be honored. In the end...isn't that what keeps customers coming back?

room for improvement in any business. chili is a bit sweet...u should offer it in a larger size, & w/o beans. also , ur chicken supreme taco is a bit pricey, & has too much meat in it [lose the dark meat]. ** everything else on menu is great. hours,service,parking & ambience are also fantastic.

Get a website already!!. The food is decent for what it is but what year is this? You spend a billion dollars on a new location and you can't even have an online menu?
