slow & cold delivery... food quality has slipped. This use to be my favorite pizza place but in the last 6 months the food and service has slipped. the last 5-10 times i ordered for delivery... it comes very late and the food is ice cold and the drivers should be cleaner. I always have to re-heat it my order (maybe they should use those heat bags? like most pizza places do).

But besides that the quality has also gotten worse. I love ordering chicken finger pizza but when i receive it there's like 7 little pieces of chicken on the whole pie. also they are very skimpy on the pizza sauce. tacos taste like dog meat. lettuce is soggy and yellow on the subs. maybe in the new year they'll improve. but i'll never know because i tossed out the menu.

excellent food. i have been ordering mister pizza for a few years and never had a bad experience with the staff or a "special" order. i have had some inconsistencies in the past with the way certain pizzas are made - specifically the broccoli and ricotta pizza - which when initially ordered was perfect and addicting, but upon 2 other recent tries (new staff?) it was soggy and made with entirely too much ricotta. but previous experience dictates that the staff is patient, delivery prompt, and orders correct.

Almost consistant Food. Mr.Pizza is good but not that good. First if you get delivery expect to get that order no earlier than a hour and a half. The price of there food doesnt match the quality. Ever since they moved to elmwood from hampshire the quality has declined. If you get a order delivered and it comes wrong expect another hour and a half at least before you see a replacement. Also the wings are good sometimes and sometimes there just cooked enough not crispy, soggy, Other times there perfect. But when you pay $30 for a large pizza and wings delivered it should be good every single time. When I am in the neighborhood I usually walk in a get a slice to go, because for some reason there pizza they sell for slices are always better than what you would order.

Don't get the NY Style Pizza. If you are from the real NY (NYC, eastern NY and even NJ and CT) and are looking for our pizza, don't waste your time or money at Mr. Pizza with the NY style pizza. It tastes like all the other crappy pizza over here. Doughy, saucey, with weird cheese...I'm dying for some real pizza, I got all exicted when i saw they had a NY style one...oh well...If you're looking...so far the best I've had over here is La Rosa's pizza at the mall on Transit...not perfect but closest so far...
