WORST PLACE EVER

I went there I always go to the SHERDIAN drive location thought it would be the same. I ordered my burger horrible the staff is a bunch of snotty 16 year old girls who dont know how to wait on anyone. It took me 20 minutes to get a napkin for my wings and this is when it was not packed and I had to rudely pull a waitress over to get one. I hate this place if you want to piss someone off or convince them not to move in the area TAKE THEM HERE! But the one on SHERDIAN DRIVE IS AWESOME

THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was up with my husband and 2 kids visiting family in Buffalo over the holidays. It was my brothers B-day and we were all craving wings so we decided to go to Duff's based on a recommendation. I called the day prior and asked if they could accomodate 12 adults and 2 children...the girl said yes they had a table, took the time, my name, phone#. We arrived the next day at 1pm and the hostess says while seating us "you have to be out by 3pm, we have another party coming in then" in a snotty tone. We sat down in disbelief saying how can they tell a party of 14 people when to leave, that's absurd! While ordering drinks my husband asks to speak to a manager to get this cleared up. A short, stocky, cocky man walks up to him and says "you asked for me" in a real sly tone. My husband explains how I made a reservation and before he even finishes explaining the man says "Listen we don't take reservations, and you have to be out by 3pm or else we'll call the cops!" I AM NOT KIDDING- the manager really said this so us! Now mind you, we had 2 children with us an my elderly grandmother and he is threating to call the cops. My husband calmly says "well if you don't take a reservation how come we have to be out by 3pm" and "the man cuts him off again and says "listen I'll call the cops if you don't leave at 3pm!" In the meantime we got 2 crappy pitchers of beer which was the wrong beer we ordered and still no sodas after ordering them twice. We threw $ on the table for drinks and left. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It was supposed to be a nice family day and we left feeling angry, hungry and out $50 for drinks we never got! DO NOT GO TO DUFFS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!

just so everyone out there knows, this is Duffs OP. Not the original one!!! They are 2 seperate businesses. DONT GET THEM CONFUSED!!! read the reviews for the origal one located at 3651 sheridan drive. totally different review!!!

Worst Dining Experience...EVER!

10 people from Eastern NY came out for a Bills game this weekend, we wanted to get some wings and had heard from locals that Duff's was a fun sports bar with good food. Absolutely untrue!!! We waited an average time of about a 1/2 hour to be seated which we understood since it was a Saturday night, before being seated though we waited 10 minutes at the bar before we could get a waitress's attention to order a round of beers, absurd!

Once seated we ordered some appetizers, more drinks, ~50-60 wings and a couple orders of french fries since they looked so good on other peoples plates! We got one appetizer about 15 minutes later and no other food, we didn't see our waitress for a half hour, finally we flagged down another waitress who claimed ours had been injured. Ours came out sheepishly 10 minutes later claiming she got banged in the head, although visibly she looked fine. My guess she just forgot to put our order in. Her and the other teenie bopper waitress's were too busy all night giggling and goofing off!

She offered us a round of drinks on them for our trouble, problem was only a 1/3 of us were having beers so too bad for the rest of us!

All in all it took 1hour and 10 minutes to get our food, which when it came out was cold and terrible. The fries were hard and obviously not fresh, which makes no sense since we waited over an hour for them! The wings were not even close to famous, they were the complete opposite, absolutely the worst I've ever had, they were horribly overcooked, crispy beyond recognition and had no meat on them.

When we complained to the Manager, a surly young woman, she informed us that she couldn't comp our meals since we had eaten some of it. We were starving, I would have eaten shoe leather at that point. We argued back and forth for a while with no resolution and we wound up paying.

Absolutely the worst service, food and customer service I have ever had. Please don't subject yourself to the awful experience we had.

Reservations not honored!

What a disappointment! Two weeks in advance a reservation was made for a group of hockey players to eat at 5:30 on a Saturday night. All was well, we called in advance, employee said all was ok and we had left the Depew rink. They said all was well and food was going to be prepared. We arrive, not enough space, 2 hour wait, they had given away our seats. 50 hungry hockey people totally stranded and upset. We also encountered the most rude manager, A blonde woman that didn't smile or say one friendly word. Don't go to this Duff's...
