The weekend of 6/2/13, after a weekend of steady rain, we were having some serious sump pump issues. We called Roto Rooter of West Seneca around 3am, and got an early morning appointment for that same day. Chad was our service technician, and he arrived on time and was extremely professional. He gave us our options, quoted us prices, and had all of the necessary parts for our issue. He was super quick too, it took him less than an hour for everything. We had called another place, and they told us it was a $80 charge just to come out for an estimate. Roto Rooter didn't charge anything to come out. We're very happy we went with Roto Rooter! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Last weekend we had major plumbing issues in our basement bathroom. We called Roto Rooter on Sunday and they were able to service us right away. When they fell behind with another customer, they called us to let us know they were delayed. The part required was special order, but within two days, Chad, our service man, kept in contact, got us a good price and replaced the pump. His service was professional, he kept our home clean and the price was better than we expected. Would highly recommend!

I called Roto-Rooter this afternoon, Chad showed up at my door within 15 minutes of my call. Chad was very nice and worked on our problem with the lines in the basement. He had our lines cleaned out and working within 45 minutes. I have to say, Chad was professional, friendly, understanding and worked with us. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Absolutely the best Plumber and plumbing experience I've had here in Buffalo or anywhere else I've resided! The service was prompt and the expert (Daniel) who was sent made a bad situation better through a quick resolution and informative experience. Daniel walked me through the situation, explained the process and didn't leave me guessing as to what the problem would cost.

When he fixed the problem he showed me the cause, had me make sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction and even made suggestions on how to avoid the situation in the future.

The cost of the service was a great value and I will always suggest Roto-Rooter and Daniel to my friends and family.

We discovered a clog later in the day and all household functions came to an abrupt halt! No showers, laundry, dishes, etc! We also had appointments to keep that day as well. We called Roto Rooter and they were able to send service during the time frame we had available! They were prompt, our Technician, Bob, was courteous and professional, and he had our problem solved within 90 minutes! The price was fair and we can count on Roto Rooter to follow up and determine if there is going to be a recurring problem when they send out a technician to "scope" out the current situation for free! A great value!

It was on Saturday night when the Big Clog hit (right before Easter), all our drains had been a little slow the day before. The Big Clog has had a repeat history over 4 years, of coming around on the day before a major holiday and it managed to surprise us again! I tried my plunger and my shabby little 20 foot drain snake to no avail. it was time to call in the Pros: (Roto-Rooter of West Seneca). They have the knowlege, experience and all the right tools and equipment to handle the job and the emergency. After placing our call in to Roto-Rooter and explaining our problem, the dispatcher told us a service technician would be on site to help within the next hour. Two and a half hours later Daniel the Service Tech arrived and set about diagnosing the problem and explained a few options as remedies. We opted to have the Main Drain line Cabled to be the most effective solution. Daniel explained there was some difficulty in accessing the main because he believed there had been some ground shifting, which may have caused a misalignment and or detachment. He advised us that he will send in a Technician with an inspection camera to verify what is actually occurring within the line where the clogging occurs.It was great to have the emergency solved within an hour and forty minutes and we could finish our night entertaining, instead of cleaning up from overflowing sinks and toilets! What a Relief! Hopefully They can pinpoint the underground problem and we can find out what will need to be done to help ensure an clog free future. Daniel also explained some good monthly maintenance things we can do ourselves to help inhibit the same situation from happening agan. Nice work Daniel!
