We called Roto-Rooter in need of help. Our septic system started to back up in our downstairs bathroom. We have our tanks cleaned every 3 years,and it was just recently cleaned out in 2012. So we knew it wasn't that. We were just praying it wasn't something more severe because our house was built on top of all the plumbing. We rented a snake and it did absolutely no good. That's why we were so worried. We called Roto-Rooter at 8:00am and honestly thought it would be forever before they could get to us because we live a hour away from Buffalo. To our surprise they said they would be out to us between 12:30-2:30pm. They arrived at our house at 1:30. They had the right tools to get the job done. Turned out all we had was sludge build up. The technican was fantastic ( Newton Houston #2575). He was very personable, friendly and knowledgable. Roto-Rooter is definitely a great company and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

We had Roto-Rooter clear a blocked drain in our sewer, which was causing flooding in the basement. Scott Brown was extremely friendly, fast and all the water is gone! He also came on a Sunday afternoon when all other plumbers were closed. I could recommend Roto-Rooter 100%!

I noticed my basement drain had backed up at 6pm on a Saturday night,I wasnt sure what to do or who would be able to help me until Monday. I jumped on the computer and googled Roto- Rooter and it ask me if I wanted a service call that night. I was shocked seeing I didnt bother looking until 10pm. With in the hour they had sent someone to my house and the problem was fixed.!!! I was shocked at the low cost for such a late night visit and how polite and pleasant the gentleman was. Not to mention that I had a online coupon for $40 off!!!!! That made it even better. I will definatly be a returning customer if needed!!! Thank you Roto- Rooter for awesome service!!!!

We had a clogged basement sink that was caused by the kitchen sink. We needed a trusted Buffalo plumber fast after we noticed it on Super Bowl Sunday. We made an appt. online Monday morning and they were at our house by 11AM the same day. Very professional and they did the job within an hour. The told us what the cost was upfront and were very informative.

My sewer line was backed up. Roto-rooter was fair priced and was able to come within an hour or so after my call. The plumber that came was very professional and very thorough in his work. He ran a camera down the sewer line multiple times to ensure he got all the roots cleared. I would highly recommend Roto-rooter to anyone with a backed up sewer! Don't forget to check their coupons online...

A stopped-up kitchen sink in a house filled with guests on a weekend over the holidays equalled a very frantic me. I called Roto-Rooter and a technician appeared at my home within the hour. He was very courteous and fixed my sink problem immediately. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing problems I have. Thanks, Roto-Rooter!

We live near Buffalo and were in need of a plumber. I scheduled my appointment with Roto-Rooter using their on-line scheduling. After making my appointment on-line, I immediately received an e-mail confirming my appointment and stating that someone would call me before they arrived at the house. I did receive a phone call around noon from a very friendly woman telling me it will be about 1 1/2 hours and it was exactly that. At 1:30 they phoned me to tell me they were on their way. Chad the service technician was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job explaining exactly what he was going to do. He told me exactly what the cost would be. We had raw sewage backing up into our stationary tub in the basement from all our drains. He confirmed the problem, explained it as he went along and then completely explained to me the use of the ROOT-X he used. The service was fast, professional, and friendly and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter.
