I'm always fully confident when I bring my car to my Honda dealer for any service. I always have the most positive experience and the men working in the service department are so helpful. They listen to my concerns and seek to make sure my concerns are addressed. I walk away knowing I've been taken care of. 100% please with my Ray Laks Honda Dealer

As always, my experience with the service department was good. I do not remember the young man who first met me an wrote up my order. He was excellent, greeting, writing up service and when he notified me that the job was done. Excellent employee. I am also confident that the individual who did the service was equally excellent. I recomend people buy cars from Ray Laks - Vince in sales and that there is no better Honda service then Rak Laks which is the reason our Civic has 104,000 miles.
