GREAT PLACE to visit for friendly staff and service!. I have purchased two Acura MDX's,a Honda Odyssey, several miscellaneous used cars and a Certified Honda Civic. HONDA Certified! The staff does not have the turnover rate you'd expect from fast paced car dealerships.You get to know everyone there and they actually remember you! You are not treated like a number at this place! Every time I call for either sales or service,a HUMAN answers the phone and I am treated well and get a call back to have my concerns addressed or appointments made.Who likes buying a car?? NO ONE. Their sales people know this and make it very easy. You are not treated like some idiot who doesn't know what they're talking about. You don't have to wait in line and get pressured. I would recommend Ray Laks to anyone!

Error was fixed. The staff was very friendly and service was as promised. An error was made with regard to my Preferred Customer Account and I was incorrectly charged for my oil change. Ultimately the error was fixed and my credit card was reimbursed for the charge.

Always impressed. Excellent as usual. I am always impressed with the courteous and capable service my husband and I get at Ray Laks. I am sticking with you for all my Honda needs. Maybe even a new CRV next Spring.

Complete satisfaction. I had complete satisfaction with the Service Writer who assisted you on your visit. Everything was fine. All issues addressed.

I am very pleased. I am very pleased. Jeff got me in on short notice, called me when the car was done and washed it fro me twice (because a bird nailed it just before I was getting in). Thanks for the great service and courtesy!
