Excellent, fast, honest service. Everyone knows how to do his or her job. Very comfortable atmosphere. I don't even mind waiting for the repairs because there are drinks, food, t.v., computers, comfortable chairs, etc. I will never go anywhere else again. At age 68 I have seen many dealerships.
Mark was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and explained some work that needed to be addressed in the future. I even stopped by to ask Jody a sales question and received help without pressure!
Was quickly able to get an appointment, enjoyed the waiting area, and the overall experience was very good. The service was excellent and the loaner car is always a big part of my satisfaction.

I happened to be going to Buffalo on Monday, October 22, 2012 for an appointment. My service light had recently come on and I called Ray Laks while in route to Buffalo to set up an appointment. Their service department was able to schedule me the same day. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to service my MDX on such short notice. And ... they washed my vehicle as an extra bonus!!

he loves),and I just bought the MDX. Ray has been extremely helpful and generous with his time. He
goes the extra mile when it comes to making the buying process as convenient as possible for his
