Over the last 25 years I have owned 4 Acuras 1 Honda Odyssey the first year it was offered and the Outlander when it was introduced. Each of the six I have purchased from Bruce Mauer. Each vehicle has been serviced by only Acura technicians. Plain and simple: your sales personnel are professional and fair; your service departments have gone out of their way to deliver the very best customer service I have ever received from ANY other company (not just autos) and Acura's commitment to quality is second to none. Stated simply: I will purchase only Acura vehicles and have them serviced at your dealership. My highest praise to your staff for satisfaction second to none. As I am reminded after each visit to Ray Laks, the customer service I receive is outstanding and helps remind me as a medical professional of what the "gold standard" looks and feels like.

I could take my car anywhere for service but I choose to take it to Ray Laks because of the quality of service. Chris and Tiffany make the service department customer friendly and always assure that I have loaner that is clean and efficient.
