Largest Pizza in the area

Last weekend i came in to this place while i was passing by on my way home from work. I decided to stop in and give it a try. I went in and placed an order to go. From the beginning the experience was great. This place is was busy cause it was a friday night. When i walked in the door i was greeted by the staff. They were very helpful for being so busy. They took my order and i asked how long and they said about ten minutes. So i took a seek and waited. When they call me back up for my food i was surprised by there large. It was like a sheet pizza. It was the bigest large i've ever seen. When i got back home we tried the food and it was Great! My kids loved it and they are very picky eaters. You could tell this pizza was made with quality stuff. The pepperoni was crisp and the crust was nice and crispy also. I also grabbed an order of thier fried dough and it was better than the kind you get at the fair. Definitely going thier from now on. The service was great and the food was great. Well worth the drive from orchard park.

the past negative posts are unfounded on my regard. the product is always excellent, and the service is awesome. you can never go wrong ordering the italian baked wings (order them medium), the BBQ charred wings, or the BBQ fries - they are DELICIOUS! their fried spaghetti parm is also a personal favorite. i always order their lunch specials - they never disappoint. the blackened pepperoni makes for a unique slice, and the seasoning that they top it with is OVER THE TOP! i always order when i have friends and family in from out of town when i want to serve "buffalo cuisine" i have even ordered half baked pizzas and brought them on road trips. by far the best pie in town.

I called one night for a pizza and wings. they told me that it would be 25 minutes. I showed up at the 35 minute mark and they told me about 5 or 10 more minutes......twice!!! This clued me in that they had not even placed my order. By this time I tried to talk with the owner who said he didn't need my business and gave me a refund. Believe me there are many other pizza joints in the area that have never done anything like this before. I WILL NOT EVER BE GOING BACK THERE!

Perfection every time

I'm only 21 but I've been eating here since as long as I can remember. I have never had a bad meal at this place. My personal favorite is the meatball sub. They even cook it exactly as you want it (I always order the sub without sauce.)
My only real problem with this place is their very limited delivery zone. I live between 5 and 10 minutes away from Picasso's but the delivery varies depending on who answers the phone. Sometimes they'll delivery without a problem, other times they'll simply say that they can't deliver that far.
But besides that, the food is absolutely amazing!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I was told 45 min to an hour. An hour and 25 min later I called and complained the pizza was not here. I was rudely HUNG UP on. I called again to be HUNG UP on. So I called yet again to be slammed in my ear hung up on. So the third time I called I called using *67 (private call) and they answered. They said the driver is missing in action. They do not know where he is. He could be in an accident or something and have no idea. They were very rude on the phone and would not let me speak to the owner.
