Owner's Wife's A Jerk Too

I know we have all had a bad experience at a restaurant from time to time, but now I can say that from this past experience that I am not only shocked but absolutely appalled! I have been to this restaurant in the past before and they just seem to be going downhill from here. "Especially after this past Mother's Day experience."

Chef Ramsey would definitely agree with me about the fact that this establishment has no regard whatsoever for the customer's concerns- much less, the quality of service to put it quite politely. It's one thing when you have had a bad experience with a waitress, but when you try to tell the "Manager or Owner's wife"- to advise them of a bad customer service experience with their staff and they publicly embarrass you as well as themselves (yelling at customers and telling them not to complain and that if they don't like how they are treated then they don't have to come back!). It ended up with us getting a small discount on my side dish and on my way out I made sure to tell anybody coming into the place to steer clear of it. I will continue to do so anytime I have the opportunity.

owner is terrible

Owner is apig, sexually harrasses the waiteress, treats them like crap. Food is so- so, small portions, wrong, could not believe the touchin owners does with the women!!!

Best Restaurant In West Seneca!

Clearly Gardenview is the BEST restaurant in West Seneca because:

- Awesome service, very friendly servers.

- Tasty food, that alway HOT!

- Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.

- Inviting atmosphere.

- Just a fun place to be--- WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR???

• Cons: Everythings Great!!

disgusting restaurant, horrible owner

I have been coming to Gardenview for over ten years and I will never go to this restaurant again. Just come to find out, the cooks don't wear gloves, food gets dropped on the floor and they still use, and from what I understand, one of the night cooks smoke in the kitchen. The owner seems like a huge jerk...he is always harassing his waitresses. Most noticably, the mornings waitresses. OH....and their bathrooms are always dirty!

• Pros: Waitresses are really nice and the service from them is exceptional
• Cons: high prices, nasty owner, dirty and disgusting
