UNETHICAL CROOKS. These people are unethical CROOKS, i was told by others the same thing and i wish i would have listened to them. THEY KEPT A $25 DEPOSIT I MADE ON A PIECE OF JEWELRY AND WOULDN'T RETURN THE MONEY WHEN AN ENGAGEMENT WAS BROKEN OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MUST BE REALLY HURTING TO HAVE TO KEEP $25 AND GET A MAD CUSTOMER THAT WILL BAD MOUTH THEM TO EVERYONE NOW. MY FRIEND PUT MONEY ON A BRACELET THERE, PAID ON IT FOR MONTHS AND WHEN HE CAME TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT AND PICK IT UP, IT WAS A DIFFERENT BRACELET!!!!!! SO THEY ARGUED WITH HER AND SAID TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT AND TAKE IT OR LOSE THE MONEY YOU ALREADY PAID - THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CROOKS, CALL CRAIG AT 748-5730

Been a customer for over 25 years. I have been using this jewelry store for years and return because of the excellent quality of their merchandise and the helpful staff. When undecided about a gift I can rely on the staff to point me in the right direction. It's nice to know I can depend on them.

Great Jewelry--something for everyone. Just got a great Celtic design necklace for me and a very cool tungsten ring for my boyfriend...they seem to have very current stuff alongside all the traditional things.

Outstanding service and value. Truly wonderful service. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, and prices are great. I had them make an engagement and wedding ring set using my own diamond. The results were beautiful. I would recommend them in a New York Minute!

Disappointed. I took my ring to have the prongs retipped, rhodium dipped, and sized (and the price was fair). When I received my ring back, the tips were done well, but were overexaggerated and weren't straight and flat, the band was slightly bent, and I wasn't happy with the rhodium dip (some original bad solder on the ring was still showing through). Although some of these aspects were fixed, the employee did not show much willingness to fix these problem that should not have occurred in the first place.

wonderful service. I brought my engagement ring in to be repaired. Very fast ,efficent . repair was much cheaper than I expected. everyone was friendly and extemely helpful. wonderful experience!!!
