No help, lazy and unwilling. this location is full of lazy and Incompetent individuals. no help at all. they talk on their personal phones while people wait in line, when i was finally called on the service personal told me to call from home. or they would charge me. 30 day old phone was broke.

hour and half wait. i went and waited for just under 1hr 30min to find out i had to call a different company (phone insurence). 2 stars only because reception is great.

Verizon Stinks. The service is horrible. Ive had nothing but problems with this store. The managers and employees are really mean and are only out for money.
