Poor Quality Food / Cheap prices and quality. We had a family birthday dinner at the restaurant and we were very disappointed in the quality of the food and the staff was not very accomodating or friendly. The roast pork dinner special I had was not good. Everything tasted like it had been prepared several days ago and reheated. The pork actually had a fishy taste. Yes the dinners are not expensive but we would rather pay a few dollars more and get good quality food. Also, I called ahead and asked if it would be a problem if we brought a home-made birthday cake that my sister made for my sister-in-law's birthday. I was told it would not be a problem, but we would be charged $10 if they had to cut and serve it. I asked if we could just serve it ourselves for no charge. I was told yes over the phone. We brought some paper plates/ napkins and plastic utensils and were still charged the $10 fee. The manager was very rude about it and said that we should be charged and we were just trying to save money by not having to order their desserts. This was not the case at all since most of us ordered the dinner specials that included dessert. Our family spent over $150 and will never go back. « Hide
