SECURITY IS A JOKE> TOTAL CRIME SPREE

We went into Jack Astors to eat lunch and were told we could not bring our stroller in. We had to leave it with the other 5 strollers there. We came out and someone had stolen our stroller. The host at Jack's than said he would never tell people they could not bring strollers in (WHICH HE DID)Security was called. The Security guard not only insulted and threatened me. they REFUSED to help. (911 was called and a report was taken) The next day I find out that security NEVER EVEN FILED A REPORT. This mall has a serious problem with theft, of personal property, purses, and even CARS. They know its a problem but security does NOTHING ABOUT IT. These guys are getting paid to do NOTHING. and the OWNERS of the MALL COULD CARE LESS. nice business practice, when you dont care about the very people that keep you in business.

• Pros: nice place if you dont get mugged
• Cons: a haven for theives and thugs

ETREMELY rude employees! Try to return something in this store! Never have I been treated so badly in business establishment in my life! I was told that because the garment that I purchased didn't smell like the store anymore that they couldnt take it back!! I even had the receipt!! It was a x-mas gift!! Everything in the store is overpriced and cheaply made! I or anyone that I know will never step foot in that store again!
