Worst Customer Service Ever.
I asked Queen City to repair an expensive fountain I purchased from them. Dave was helpful and sent a crew out right away but they weren't able to fix it. Mike, the supervisor, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called back numerous times over a month trying to get this matter resolved with Carol.
Instead of helping, Carol was even ruder and nastier than Mike. She repeatedly told me someone would stop by to look at the fountain but they never did. She even lied about leaving messages on my answering machine. She blamed the whole problem on my doorbell being broken despite the fact that I told them to go in the yard if no one was home.
I could go on and on but the bottom line is they never fixed the fountain, they damaged my property, they lied about coming back to repair it and they were not only unhelpful but incredibly rude.
Queen City has the worset customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
