New Customer. My family and I wanted to try something new, and we looked online and seen so many good reviews on Natalie's Cafe so we decided to go . It was so great! The falafel is awesome and everything we had, from the homemade grapeleaves to the souvlakis were wonderful. We will definitely be regulars.

one of my favorite restaurants. I love Natalie's, I have been a faithful customer since 2003. It's family ran, all homemade food! They have been there for a long time, I think like 14 or 15 yrs (says alot). They make wonderful house dressing, greek dressing, omg and their dill sauce is awesome, which makes all of there wraps amazing! my wife and I have done catering with them many times! they are so helpful, they work within your budget and always try to give you more. I think they are one of the best restaurants out there. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

GREAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!. Best food I have ever had.... my favorite is the baba ghanoush, the tabouli is so juicy, they also have great veggie burgers... the gentleman at the register stated that they recently received an award for their falafel and veggie burgers, both were awesome! very helpful and kind staff. Very clean place, and very nice tables, and chairs I will definitely be going back to try their shawarmas (which I heard were very popular, and soups).

Amazing food! Great quality. I am a regular at Natalie's cafe... and it's actually weird to see some people write some reviews stating that they are "disgusting" . I LOVE their food!!! and their service is wonderful, they are a family restaurant so they always tend to everyone so wonderfully... and to the person who wrote the last review before this one, about a man picking his nose, everytime I have been there a woman has made my food... the only guy there is the one on the register. So it is unfortunate that someone would post a bogus review. Love Natalie's Cafe they are the best! Try their great soups! and chicken gyros! and shawarmas and falafels are outstanding!!!!

Disgusted is an understatement!!!. Finally!! whoever wrote the last review here (veryhorrible) hit the nail on the head! Dump?? thats and understatement. About 2 months ago i ate their for the first time and was horrified to see the guy behind the counter pick his nose and then continue to make a sandwich! What else can i say! If you do decide to try this place i hope you bring some tissues, not to blow YOUR nose but blow HIS! uchhhhhhh!

DISGUSTED is an understatement. Never in my life have I been so disgusted at the way that an establishment is run. This place is the biggest hole-in-the-wall dump I have ever seen. It is dirty and expensive. Not to mention the attitude that the employee/manager had with the customers. I have never experienced such disrespect, hostility, rudeness, and overall bizare way of practice as this. Witnessed the man working (perhaps co-owner) snap at customer for no reason in front of whole restaurant. Needless to say, this place is an unprofessional, poorly run, sorry excuse for a "business." What happened to the customer always being right? This place not only left me feeling appaled at the disrespect I witnessed, but even had me walking out still angry at the poor attitude of the staff and the overall indecent atmosphere. do not waste your time.

Best lebanese/greek/veg. We heard so many great things about natalies cafe on millersport hwy in amherst...so we finally decided to go and try it. They had so many different wonderful options, and the people who worked there (i think its family ran, which makes it extra wonderful) were so helpful and polite...they answered all of our questions and helped up decide on our meal. We were a group of 6 and we had a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters. I decided to have the wonderful chicken wrap which had a awesome homemade dill sauce on it omg it was beyond great! and had the chicken lemon rice soup (homemade, a choice from a list of 7 great soup options made fresh everyday). My friend (vegetarian) decided to have the vegetarian kibby dinner which comes with a choice of two sides...he went for the hummus and tabouli and absoultely loved it...he said it was one of the most fulling wraps and greatest hummus and tabouli he's had in a long time. Another friend had the falafel and said it was awesome (better than falafel bar and rachels put together). My son (who is a picky eater) had the chicken ranch sub, he was so pleased which I was so happy about...my husband had the souvlaki platter which came with a huge salad and side of fries (he's greek) and he said it was like he was at home and his mama made it for him (that speaks for itself). Last but not least, my sister (which is lebanese like me :) ) had the shawarma dinner and she flipped out on how great it was...it was just like you were on the streets of lebanon (as she put it) her two sides were baba ghanoush...ummmm freshly made...and a rice pilaf that was to die for. I recommend this place to anyone, there service was fast and polite and their food was awesome...now we go there every week. They have a great seletions of vegetarian foods and veggy soups...and an awesome selection of lebanese and greek foods, and for those nonadventerous eaters, they have burgers and subs. They are a clean place and very cheap, wonderful place.
