I had some issues with this florist on our wedding day. But despite these issues the flowers did arrive and they were just as we had hoped! If you decide to work with them you should definitely deal with Jonathan. He helped me so much when it came to our issue and he made sure it was fixed in a timely and professional manner! He also can get whatever flowers you desire. That is a huge advantage!

Best flowers in town. I have recently lost several family members in the course of a year. I called upon Plant Place and Flower Basket to make the funeral arrangements. At each funeral service the flowers were a breath taking tribute to the loved ones memorial. I even asked for sunflowers in December and they were able to provide them for me. I am currently planning a wedding and have already booked them as my florist. I cannot imagine my special day without flowers from the best florist in Western New York! Love you guys!

The most horrendous service!!!. This is the worse service I have ever received. My fiance ordered flowers on FTD. The bouquet looked beautiful online it was very full with red roses and carnations. It also came with chocolate. the total was right under $70. The flowers came with tons of green filler with 4 carnations and 2 roses! It was very ugly. On top of that I did not receive the $18 box of chocolate it was SUPPOSE to come with. I called mutiple times and was forwarded to a call center. Finally the next day after 2 hours on hold I was able to speak to someone. She gave me the run around saying some nonsense about the flowers breaking and the delivery guy messing them up. I said I wanted my money back she then put me on hold again and came back saying they can reimburse me for the chocolate (THAT I NEVER RECEIVED) and the $7 delivery charge. OK Thank. Finally my faince called, she was so rude saying in 30 years of business no one has wanted their money back and said they dont do that (even though they have a guarantee online)!!! She FINALLY agreed to give me the money back when I drove the flowers back to her location!!! Ridiculous!!!!

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. This woman has a facebook page that she uses to promote her business. I received Valentine's Day flowers from my future husband anf posted them on my facebook page since they were so adorable. She commented on my photo "no comment". I proceded to ask her why she would say something like that and she went on to criticize how wrong the flowers were made. What a downer on such an awesome day. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I would never use them for any occasion. What a shame since they are right in the neighborhood. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

wonderful customer service. They did my dad's funeral flowers for our whole family....We did red roses and buplerum Oh my God they were to die for....The funeral director was so impressed with the whole funeral he is doing business with them now...Use them for any of your floral needs

Unreliable. Ordered a dozen rose for my mother's birthday, days ahead of time. Paid a good buck for the service. They were not delivered. Tried to contact the shop but they had some anonymous cal center pick up the calls. Go elsewhere or beware!

Order your flowers from someplace else!!. Ordered a large funeral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home along with a card from my family. I could not attend the calling hours but several of my family members did. No one saw the flowers I ordered although one arrangement had no card with it. When I called the florist they denied not sending a card and said someone would call me back. I never received a call and called again the next day only to be treated rudely by the staff. All I wanted was a card to be sent to the family showing that my family did send a beautiful arrangement to show we were thinking of them at a difficult time. Buyer beware: just because you pay 180$ for a flower arrangement doesn't mean you will get what you paid for.
